With a degree in Mathematics and a P.D. in Innovation and Financial Technology, Maria is considered one of the national experts in the digitization of regulatory compliance and stock exchange processes.
In her last stage, she has served as co-founder and currently Honorary President of Alastria, the first Blockchain consortium in Spain, with more than 550 members and an international benchmark. Maria has been key in the alliance of efforts between Spain and Europe and a promoter -with the IDB- of the global LACChain Alliance for the development of Blockchain in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Her disruptive thinking focused on innovation and results, has allowed her throughout his long career to coordinate large international projects and public-private collaboration.
Rocio is a co-founder of Overflow, an open-talent platform for Independent Strategy Consultants operating globally.

Before becoming a social entrepreneur, she managed marketing at MoneyLion, an Al based fin-tech, and was a member of the Global Innovation Group at Publicis Starcom, where she led the digital transition of Mondelez and Citi and designed content and mar-tech tools in collaboration with Google and Spotify.
Prior to focusing on innovation, Rocio led brand strategy and integrated marketing at multi-national creative agencies including Ogilvy, JWT and DDB. As a strategist, Rocio has developed ideas for leading brands in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, and has received numerous creative and strategic awards including Cannes Lions and the Grand Effie.
Degree in Economics and Business from the
Complutense University and Master in Risk Management and PDD.

Jesús has been a specialist responsible for financial B2B products focused on business and commerce at Banco Santander, director of a payment methods entity, and expert in SMBs and e-commerce.

During his time at Santander, he achieved leadership in Leasing and Renting and became the sector's reference in the SMBs and Retail sector.
In this new stage, Jesús is a Mentor for entrepreneurs at the Madrid foundation and, in addition to co-founding Ways, Jesus is a partner in it's logic, a startup of environmentally friendly design products for work and leisure.
